Xavier Flavard is an independent designer and founder of his eponymous studio since 2009.

Entrepreneur and passionate, Xavier Flavard is a catalyst that knows how to cross the identity of brands, the anticipation of uses, and the mastery of techniques. He knows how to work in a transversal way on creative as well as industrial projects with a pragmatic approach.

He is the creator of the 747 All Blacks for the World Cup in 1999, the center of the American Cup for Louis Vuitton in Auckland, New Zealand (1999), the range of advanced sound amplifiers Dpremier for the start up Devialet (fundraising 45 million euros), reception areas of the Novotel – Sofitel of the old port in Marseille, furniture redefining the reception in stations for SNCF, the development of future TGV, a prospective on the express and interior architecture of the Majunga tower in Paris.

Curious and constantly looking for new challenges, he works as much with large international groups as with young innovative start-ups. Its regular collaborations with design offices and research laboratories – such as the CEA, the L’Oréal Research & Innovation Center, the Arts & Métiers laboratory as well as the grandes écoles (ENS Cachan, ENSCI) – the lead to constantly pushing the boundaries of product or space design to serve emerging uses.
